TERMS OF AGREEMENT OF |LOS| By: |LOS|Hitman ALL |LOS| MEMBERS MUST USE |LOS|NAMETAGS IF THEY WISH TO BE RECOGNIZED AS |LOS| MEMBER Members of lower ranks must respect members of a higher rank. It's Basically like military discipline. (CHECK MEMBERS PAGE) --Lowest to Highest-- Even though members of higher ranks have more authority, It is expected that members of higher ranks respect members of lower ranks, despite the fact that they may be insubordinate, as a higher ranking member, it is expected that you maintain your cool and solve problems without having to resort to insults and inappropriate actions. Members can not be in any other clans, unless |LOS| does not support the game. Games supported: SWAT 4 VIP MODE Members must be aware of the cheat/hack policy set by the SWAT4 Community. Cheating/Hacking will not be tolerated by the clan and will result in an immediate expulsion of the clan. Universal Anti-Cheat (U.A.C) must be present in the event of a clan war. Members without UAC installed and running will not be allowed to participate in Clan Wars. Members must not accuse others of cheating/hacking unless they have valid proof of cheating/hacking (How to do so: Acquire screen shot or video of the accused player using radar, aim bot, etc. Then submit it to rehman96@gmail.com for review and if all information and evidence is valid, the player will be banned ) False accusation of cheating/hacking players will result in being removed and/or banned from the server. Admins must show cause as to why you kick/ban someone, if asked by a higher rank. If a super-administrator receives a complaint, and your reason for the kick/ban is not valid, you may lose your privilege as an administrator to the server. If members were to visit another server, they are to conduct themselves and respect others as if they were in their home server. If there are any complaints received about a member's behavior in another server, you will be suspended from attending Clan Wars, and reduced in rank. Members must report on the shoutmix. It's just to know if your active or not. If you are going on leave, please note that on the shoutmix. You will be set to INACTIVE, until your return. If you have any severe problems or would like to discuss an issue, please contact any Administrator. It is always better to resolve like this than arguing with another member.
